Account security

Access requires a confirmed email address and account credentials. Matchly does not use Google, Apple or other social sign-in, and does not send account codes by text message.

Data access controls

Personal members can access only their own records. Business teams can access only their own business, offers and matches. Administrative access is role-restricted and every privileged change is written to an audit log.

What Matchly will never ask for

Matchly will never ask for your password, an OTP code or recovery credentials — by email, phone, message or in any support conversation.

Status of this document

This document is provisional. It describes how Matchly is designed to work today so that users are not left with an empty page. It is not final legal wording and it has not yet been through legal sign-off.
