Matchly is being developed primarily as a technology marketplace and matching platform. The marketplace design does not assume that Matchly holds customer exchange funds in a Matchly wallet or escrow account.

Where an exchange or payment service is provided by a third-party business, the responsible provider is to be identified to the user before the relevant transaction.

This page deliberately states no licence, authorisation, registration number or regulator relationship. Matchly's final regulatory description must follow the applicable operating model and jurisdiction, and will be published here once approved.

Market availability

Country and currency availability is controlled centrally through Matchly market settings. A country appearing in the directory does not mean every Matchly feature is available there. Iran and Toman (IRT) exist in the product architecture and remain subject to applicable legal, sanctions, compliance and provider requirements.

Status of this document

This document is provisional. It describes how Matchly is designed to work today so that users are not left with an empty page. It is not final legal wording and it has not yet been through legal sign-off.
