Legal

Business Terms

The terms that are intended to govern a Matchly Business (exchange) account.

Business accounts

A Business account represents a legal entity. Matchly may verify the business identity, registration, address, directors, beneficial owners, applicable regulatory or registration information, and compliance contact.

Team members act under role-based permissions (Owner, Trader, Operations, Compliance, Viewer) set by the account owner.

Offers

A Business publishes its own Offers, including the currency pair, side, rate, additional fee, liquidity, minimum and maximum amounts, market, method, availability and expiry.

Offers can be ACTIVE, PAUSED or EXPIRED. A Business is responsible for keeping published rates and availability accurate.

Plans, connections and sponsorship

Plan pricing and connection allowances follow the current commercial configuration published on the Fees page.

Sponsorship is a separate paid visibility product. It never changes verification status or organic SmartMatch ranking.

Markets served

Supporting a currency is not the same as being eligible to serve the country associated with that currency. A Business must configure Markets Served accurately.
